Hi all~ I stopped posting and started recording my results on my phone instead. That phone is now dead so I lost the results. Oh well! Anyway...

Weight as of 13/08 - 66.5kg
So I've lost 17.2kg in 21 weeks. And for about 5 of those weeks I was on break from dieting cos I had exams and I couldn't be bothered keeping up with it. So technically I've lost 17.2kg in 16 weeks, which averages out to just over 1kg a week. I plan to get down to around 58-60 before I stop so it will probably take another 7 or 8 weeks. If I don't post here again anytime soon, I'll definetly post when I reach my goal ^^

Thanks for the comment, Tanya, as I get closer to the goal weight it is coming off more and more slowly, which is fair enough I suppose. I am back in the healthy weight range now so I'm pleased with myself ^^

Hi Again, Thanks for the update!!
I love how flexible this program is and that when there is a lot going on in your life you can just put it on hold for a week until you get back on track. It is normal that weight loss will start to slow once you get closer to your goal weight. The trick is to up the exercise. Look forward to hearing from you again soon :P

Yea, I found that when I put my diet on hold for a few weeks I stayed a stable weight and didn't put any extra on, which bodes well for when I start maintenence in a few weeks.
I'm a kilo less as of last weigh in (65.4) and my next weigh in is in 2 days, so hopefully it will be less again then. It's about a kilo a week on weeks I try, some weeks I'm too busy and don't lose anything, but I don't gain anything either so thats not a problem.
I have very little time for exercise, unfortunatly. I am weight down studying for my Masters degree, and I have three assignments due in a couple of weeks on pretty much the same date. So it might be another 6 weeks or so before I reach my goal, but I don't really mind as long as I get there sooner or later.
