Snacks
Sep 20th, 2009, 4:55am Hi i am new at this and just struggling at the moment between breakfast and lunch. Are there and suitable snacks i can have - could i perhaps have one of the soups or maybe a cracker with some low fat cheese

You can also have foods from the unlimited vegetables list..... But I wouldn't have crackers cos that isn't in the daily food allowance so might affect the way diet works.
I used to have a salad at lunchtime with my shake or when I have the soups I would add vegetables to it to make it more bulky. In the new book in the recipe section, they have some good dips which are great with carrot, celery and capsicum sticks.... and good with cottage cheese too.
Stick with it... it gets easier. I found the first few days the hardest but after that I felt like I had a lot more energy and didn't feel like snacking as much.
